127 Paper mills near Sturbridge Fair, Temp. Ch.II. cf Fuller’s Worthies. Paper Mill on Hinton Brook close to the Globe PH on N side of Newmarket Road, on the water which parteth Cambridge and Ditton “on the Brook which cometh from Hinton to the Paper Mills and so runneth into the great Ryver at Bullen House”. The mill had stood on the eastern branch of the 2 or 3 streams which ran down from Cherry Hinton. HC Coppock, (1984), p.75.
